Lucy Close is a trained facilitator and board level adviser. She regularly takes on consulting contracts including strategic business planning, executive coaching, aligning teams and leadership development.

Lucy is a certified Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coach and is also qualified in MBTI, Firo B, Transition Management, 16pf and Executive Coaching. She is an accredited tutor of the Centaur Leadership model and qualified in the Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor mind- body psychology method. She is currently studying the identification and management of workplace trauma. Her experience as CEO of one of London’s leading niche public relations consultancies means that the advice The Close Partnership offers is based on first hand leadership experience.

Lucy is also an experienced women in leadership facilitator, developing and delivering programmes tailored to the specific needs of women looking to thrive in the corporate workplace.
